Chenango County Health Department lifts boil water advisory

NORWICH, N.Y. (WBNG) -- As of Sunday, Aug. 10, the boil water advisory for the City of Norwich has been lifted.

According to the Chenango County Health Department, repeated sampling of the water has meet the minimum standards for public water supplies as per the New York State Sanitary Code.

If residents experience discolored water, they said to run it until your water is clear.
