InNature Expands to Singapore with S$3.16 Million The Body Shop Acquisition

THE WHAT? InNature Bhd will acquire The Body Shop Singapore Pte Ltd from The Body Shop International Ltd for S$3.16 million (approximately RM10.41 million), with completion targeted for the end of October.

THE DETAILS The deal, funded via internal cash, extends InNature’s footprint beyond its 105 existing stores in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Singapore’s beauty market is projected to reach US$1.29 billion in 2025, with nearly half of sales coming from digital channels.

THE WHY? The move strengthens InNature’s Southeast Asia presence and taps Singapore’s high-value, digitally driven beauty market.
