Bayer Leverkusen coach Erik ten Hag's dismissed long standing rumours of feud with Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo during their time together at Manchester United.

No Bad Blood

Speaking to reporters , Ten Hag said:

"For me, there was never any problem with Cristiano. He was never the problem at Man United. That’s all in the past now"

He added:

"After Cristiano left, I went on to win 2 trophie with United. I wish him all the best for the future but there's no issue between us"

Silverware at Old Trafford

During his United tenure, Ten Hag guided the club to the Carabao cup title in 2022 /23 and the FA cup in 2023 /24 before parting ways in October 2024 due to poor results.

Ronaldo’s Path
